So what turns you on in an erotic romance or erotica book? Is it an alpha male? Bondage? Sex magic? Werewolves? Vampires, werewolvces--or just being bitten?
When I look around for a good, hot read often what catches my eye are the books that write about the buttons that I enjoy being pressed. I greatly enjoy paranormal erotica including magic and/or telepathy during sex, certain BDSM elements (particularly if written well), and who doesn't like a hot vampire? F/f is also one of my favorite pairings and not always easy to find.
So what gets you going in a steamy book, and what elements in a plot will keep you turning pages to fan yourself? Tell me all about your guilty pleasures--and perhaps those you're not so guilty about.

Mmmmmmmmm....My guilty pleasures when it comes to reading is similar to yours. I love a book that hits all my buttons. All the things that I would like to have happen to me. Anything from having my hair pulled to having the ultimate alpha male fall for me. If it is going to hit my buttons then I am going to love it. All those things that you wish would happen but chances are never will.
I love vamps and were-animals and magic telepathy all are yummy. M/m/f or M/f/f are two of my favorite pairings. My personal fantasy's are prolly enough to make most people blush scarlet red.
Keep it coming cause if you write it I will read it.
I like the forbidden love and sex. Boss with coworker, the sexual tension that can be built up between two people that want each other so badly they can taste it, but don't dare touch. But when they do, sparks start flying everywhere.
I also get a kick out of more than one partner scenes. Not your typical menage. I mean one person being driven passionately mad by the attention of several people at the same time.

Alpha males, male boss and female co worker, words, teasing and oh gosh someone said having their hair pulled..yup. A man who can't wait, the characters desires about menages, spanking, were animals. These are the biggies for me,

Good diologue. If the character are talking to each other in ways that enable me to believe in them and empathise, then whatever the erotic content is, the odds are I'll like it!
Sex without talking does not do it for me.
I love the telepathic sex thing. Someone inside your head whispering sexy thoughts of what they're going to do to you and how that want to do it. A lullabye of sensual intent, woven by a strong, possessive alpha always does the trick. :)
I love lots of sexual tension, build up to the moment. I can't stand a book that is just wham bam thank ya ma'am. And I want my dialogue to be believable.
